These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "T&C") govern the relationship between k4club (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual who registers, accesses, or uses the services available at https://k4club.cam (hereinafter referred to as "the Website", "the Platform", or "k4club").
By creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise engaging with any feature of the k4club platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including any policies referenced herein such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.
If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and must not attempt to register an account or access the services. k4club reserves the right to revise, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context otherwise requires:

To register and maintain an active account on the k4club Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
Age Verification: k4club employs robust age verification procedures during the KYC process. Any account found to belong to an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.
Each eligible individual may register one (1) account only on the k4club Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses, devices, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent ban from the Platform.
During registration, you are required to provide your full legal name, a valid email address, a contact number, your date of birth, and such other information as k4club may reasonably request. All information provided must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. k4club strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. You agree to notify k4club immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
k4club will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, regardless of whether you authorised such activity, until you have notified k4club in writing of the breach.
k4club reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a valid government-issued photo identity card (Malaysian National Registration Identity Card / MyKad, passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Verification may be required before the processing of any withdrawal request.
Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by k4club may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or, in cases of suspected fraud, account closure with forfeiture of funds.
k4club grants each registered User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, systematic data extraction, automated access, or any other use not expressly permitted by k4club.
While k4club endeavours to maintain continuous availability of its Services, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from temporary downtime. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. k4club shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of Platform unavailability.
You agree to use the Platform in a lawful manner and in accordance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. You further agree not to use the Platform in any way that: (a) is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful; (b) interferes with or disrupts the integrity or performance of the Platform; (c) attempts to gain unauthorised access to any system, network, or data; (d) facilitates any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
k4club accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow Transfer, FPX bank transfers (including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank), and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
All deposits must be funded from payment methods that are legally owned and operated by the registered account holder. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for e-wallet and DuitNow methods, and RM50 for FPX bank transfers. Cryptocurrency deposits carry a minimum equivalent of MYR 100. Maximum deposit limits vary by method and VIP tier.
Deposits are credited to your k4club account balance following confirmation from the respective payment provider. k4club accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors. If a deposit is not reflected within the stated processing window, contact our support team via Live Chat with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus funds. k4club processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically feasible. The Platform reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.
k4club endeavours to process approved withdrawals within the timeframes indicated on the Platform's Banking page. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required. The Platform shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors once funds have been released by k4club.
The primary transaction currency on k4club is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit confirmation. All account balances are displayed in MYR.
Note: k4club does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals processed via Malaysian payment methods. Third-party network fees (e.g., blockchain transaction fees for USDT TRC20) are borne by the Player and are not within k4club's control.
All bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and VIP rewards offered by k4club are subject to the specific terms applicable to each promotion, in addition to these General Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
k4club reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional offers are intended for recreational players and may not be available to all players at all times.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount received (e.g., a 20x wagering requirement on a RM100 bonus requires RM2,000 in total eligible wagers before withdrawal).
Different game types contribute different percentages toward meeting wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate of 10%–20%. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.
While bonus funds are active on your account, the maximum permitted stake per round or bet is limited as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Exceeding this maximum bet restriction while bonus funds are active will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. Bonuses are non-transferable, have no cash value, and expire within the timeframe stated in the applicable promotion terms.
k4club actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting offers in conjunction with other players in a coordinated manner ("bonus hunting"), placing opposing bets to guarantee outcomes, low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other conduct that k4club determines, in its sole discretion, constitutes unfair exploitation of promotional offers. k4club reserves the right to void bonuses, void associated winnings, and close accounts in such circumstances.
All sports bets placed on k4club are subject to the Platform's Sports Betting Rules, which form part of this Agreement and are published on the Platform. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. k4club reserves the right to limit, refuse, or void any bet in circumstances including, but not limited to: system errors, feed errors, manifest pricing errors, evidence of match fixing, or irregular betting patterns.
In respect of live football markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, AFC Champions League, and other competitions covered on the Platform — bets are accepted on an "at-risk" basis. Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled at the player's request except where expressly permitted under the applicable betting rules.
All casino games available on k4club use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino games, real physical game equipment operated by trained dealers in live-streamed environments. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information section of each title. k4club does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence the result of any certified RNG game.
In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, bet settlement, or account matter, you must submit a formal complaint to k4club's customer support team within 30 days of the disputed event. Complaints submitted after this period will not be considered. k4club will investigate all complaints in good faith and aim to provide a resolution within 7 business days of receipt.

All content, materials, trademarks, logos, game assets, software, text, graphics, and other intellectual property displayed on or incorporated into the k4club Platform are the exclusive property of k4club or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No content may be reproduced, copied, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of k4club. Any unauthorised use of k4club's intellectual property may result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k4club, its directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or Services, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or any other intangible losses.
In no event shall k4club's aggregate liability to any Player for all claims arising from or relating to the use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.
k4club does not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: By using the k4club Platform, you acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that you may lose all funds deposited. k4club is not responsible for gambling losses incurred through lawful use of the Platform.
k4club is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its player community. We provide tools to help Players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.
Self-exclusion requests can be submitted via our customer support team and will be implemented within 24 hours of receipt. Players who self-exclude may not attempt to circumvent their exclusion by registering a new account. Any such attempt will result in permanent account closure.

k4club reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of this Agreement; suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation; receipt of a valid self-exclusion request; or any other circumstance that k4club reasonably determines warrants account closure.
Upon account closure for legitimate breaches of this Agreement, k4club reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Players wishing to close their k4club account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the customer support team via Live Chat or email at [email protected]. Prior to closure, all active wagering requirements must be settled and any pending withdrawal requests processed. Remaining real money balances will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which k4club is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause shall limit k4club's right to seek interim or urgent relief in any competent court.
k4club reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice to Players. Amended terms will be published on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically.
Where amendments are material, k4club will endeavour to notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
